Can is a seasoned professional, holding BSc, Pre-MBA, and ME degrees from Istanbul Technical University, USF, and the University of Detroit Mercy. Over the past two decades, he's gained extensive experience living and working internationally, with Boston serving as his home base for the past 24 years.

In addition to his professional endeavors, he prioritizes family and leisure pursuits. His wife is a respected professor at Tufts University Dental School, while his daughter is progressing as a Bioengineer at Benchling.

Outside of work and family, he enjoys traveling, culinary experiences, OrangeTheory, outdoor activities such as sailing, hiking, and biking, and following sports like F1, NFL, and European Soccer, mainly supporting Liverpool and Fenerbahce.
